Welcome to The Anachronist, a time traveling review of science fiction old and new. Every episode we go back to a different year in history and read their science fiction. This episode we go back to the year 2003 to read “Lemmings in the Third Year” by Jerome Stuart. The story is about a young woman scientist finds herself in an alternate dimension where all animals can talk, and she quickly makes friends with a bunch of lemming researchers. A funny episode about a weird lemming cult and why rodents are bad at the scientific method.
