Based on our reactions to many of our encounters in season one, it’s pretty clear that Raven and Mercedes have awkward tendencies when it comes to dating and relationships. We know Issa Rae as the poster child for “Awkward Black Girls” however,  how many of us have felt this way prior to their being a label?!
