Our patterns and beliefs are a series of algorithms, and as soon as we can recognize an algorithm that is no longer working for us a pattern that is no longer working for us, It’s our job to change that pattern. Especially if we know that it’s causing us or others harm. So we slowly do our shadow work, we weave through everything in our life that makes us feel less than worthy of love. The only way to fix the patterns, the only way to change the patterns is to go to the state of deep relaxation. That’s what this episode talks about.
