Hello Wholistic Hearts family! I've missed you immensely. 

For a year, the Lord had nudged my heart to get quiet, get focused, heal, and to take a season to let Him work in me.  This episode I share the not-so pretty and tied up bows of 2024 and the past year's lessons from laying down this podcast.
