Peter Eliasson is a lecturer at BIUST (Botswana International University of Science & Technology) in Palapye, Botswana, teaching courses in the fields of Ecology and Forestry. He presently teaches three courses, in addition to supervising Ph.D. students.
In this interview, Peter takes up seeing students doing research and fieldwork as one of his pleasures in teaching, since joining the university in 2017. For example, he is currently engaging his students in investigating the effects of solar power on carbon dioxide emissions in Botswana.
