Ted Aronson is the Founder and Managing Principal, AJO Partners. Founded in 1984, AJO is an institutional investment manager
with $22 billion under management. Prior to forming AJO, Mr. Aronson founded Addison Capital Management. He was formerly chair of the
CFA Institute (formerly AIMR) and is a CFA charterholder. He also chaired AIMR's Trade Management Guidelines Task Force. Mr. Aronson is a trustee
of Spelman College in Atlanta and chair of its Investment Committee. He was also a lecturer in finance at The Wharton School and is a frequent
speaker on Wall Street issues, especially innovations in trading methods to minimize transaction costs. Mr. Aronson holds both a BS and an
MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
