Notes:  Jesus prophesies that the temple will be destroyed.  When His disciples ask Him about the coming of His kingdom, He gives them a picture of a world growing increasingly darker.  His purpose in doing this is to encourage them to endure through it all. Endurance is the mark of all those who follow Jesus.
