Thanks, everyone, for your efforts on this. PETA Foundation The basis of the complaint is that using tiger cubs for handling is a violation of the Animal Welfare Act and Endangered Species Act that prohibits “take” and “harassment”. If they win, this will be groundbreaking and will put an end to the use of the endangered species that are currently mis handled this way. If only we had been successful at CITES in getting the lions uplifted to protect them too.
