Though there are persistent perils, negative consequences and a wide range of issues that need to be monitored, managed, and reconciled, the Internet as much as anything has been the indispensible engine for the many voices driving positive change in the world, that have been heard over the past few years, culminating in the tsunami of 2018, the #metoo movement.
