Belgian cross just wrapped up its kersteperiod, an informal group of races around Christmas and the new year. There can be 4 races/week during this period and can lead to some tired legs and surprising results. We talk about who's riding well and what surprises we've seen.

Finally, Chris Froome's team director has come out saying he's not well and its affecting his recover. Froome thinks otherwise and responded on Insta saying it's all nonsense and the recovery is on track. What's true? We'll find out in July!
