They say time flies when you’re having fun but seriously, I blinked and it is November with about 23 working days until Christmas holiday break.On reflection of the year that was, my top three highlights for each of the key areas.
Personal Moments

• January – arrival of granddaughter Willow
• April – launch of this podcast show
• July – refreshed content with new programs, new workshops

Guest interviews (executives, delivery leads, vendors) – value your network, I am grateful for my guest’s time and for sharing their stories and insights

• Build teams and relationships
• Lead and adapt
• Digital transformation has been around for a while

• Not clear on WHY
• Programs have outcomes, projects are the vehicle to achieve them
• Keep it simple
