As we welcome this new year, I would expect that many of you, because most of us in the world choose to start something new, like a resolution or a goal to start the new year. The only problem I see most of us having is that if we don’t meet our goal or resolution within the first month or so we quit. In this episode we dive in to how to let go of the all or nothing thinking that black-and-white thinking that makes us believe it Has to look one way or we just don’t do it. As we open our mind to new possibilities, new ideas and allow the flow of what we want to experience and who we want to be and how we want to experience our year, it changes everything.
