"For the most part, things are physically back to normal, but every so often I’ll notice something that is slower than it once was. If I walk too fast, my left foot likes to get a little loose in the socket and I have to focus really hard on the basic mechanics of walking. I’m back in the gym working on building all the muscle that I lost and while I know this is definitely one of those things they would coin a “marathon, not sprint”, it’s easy to get frustrated with my body when it doesn’t do what I want it to do."
