Meet Carla Grimann, the fleet supervisor for the Vancouver Board of Parks + Recreation. As a licensed automotive mechanic by trade who started working for the City of Vancouver 23 years ago, Carla truly has a remarkable story of being one of the first females to carve an admirable path in the industry.In a world where female leadership is/was not often seen, Carla shares her sparking passion and the joy she experienced from being surrounded by people who truly believed in her.
