This summer, Governor Mike Parson called a special session of the Missouri State Legislature to address crime. What has resulted is very detailed and can be confusing. We talk with State Representative Steve Roberts to sort through the good and bad of proposals that have been winding their way through Jefferson City, including certifying juveniles as adults in the courts and concurrent jurisdiction for the Circuit Attorney of the City of St. Louis.
