Bitcoin did some crazy moves pumping well over 20% in a very short period of time, so we steal a portion of the episode to talk about not just what happened, but what can happen in the few days left of 2020.

After looking at bitcoin, we move into the beautiful world of real estate and recap the year. We of course do take a look at the current state of the market and the exciting pieces that have happened already but also what the future may hold.
