In today’s episode I  talk about my intention for 2020 but more importantly, I want to share my recent epiphany, that we are all 'enough' just as we are. I think this idea is really important and is something that is present in many of our lives even though we don’t always realise it. At times, some thoughts and feelings can lead us to think of ourselves as failures, like we aren’t enough or that we need to do something to become better. But at the end of the day, I want you to know that you have the power to go after anything we want, while also understanding that you deserve so many incredible things in life.
