Join me this week as I speak with long distance runner Josh Harris.

Josh is exactly what we need in Athletics. He is someone who is enthusiastic about his event of choosing!

From a young age Josh was enthusiatic about the numbers invovled in Long Distance running wether it be records set by others or what time he had to personally beat. We learn that numbers are what helps on his marathon journeys as well as more.

He is a persistent athlete and I wish him the best of luck in the future.
