Five new scenarios ranging from cyber operations against medical facilities to a State taking measures to isolate its domestic internet networks are among this year’s additions to the Cyber Law Toolkit published by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE). This annual update to the toolkit also includes an overview of national positions on international law in cyberspace and several new real-life incidents that range from the Colonial Pipeline ransomware attack to the Microsoft Exchange Server data breach.
