We understand that 2020 has been one hell of a year. People have lost jobs, families, friends and even relationships. A lot of people have also achieved a lot and some other are still waiting for the end of year miracle. Even as we are hopeful, we are positive that admist the new variables, 2021 would be a better year. Because of our hope, we need to create a balance between our 2021 expectations and the realities we need to face.
