This year’s Juneteenth celebration in Colorado Springs promises to be bigger and better. League of Women Voters of the Pikes Peak Region’s Shelly Roehrs gets the details from organizer Jennifer Smith on this three-day festival, happening June 18-20, at America the Beautiful Park. Jennifer is also co-founder of OneBody ENT.
