We are big baseball fans here so we talk about all things baseball playoffs for this season. We are pulling for the SF Giants, but really want anyone but the Dodgers to win. Cern put his Halloween decorations up well before the HOA mandated 15 days. Several of Cern’s neighbors have joined him, so he thinks another HOA notice has been avoided.
