Let's share our 2021 achieved goals together! I recap the goals I set for 2021, reflect on the one's I reached and the one's I am still working on. 

Collective Practice Membership for Therapists:

· I want to help 100 mental health clinicians (especially BIPOC and 2SLGBT+ therapists) go from stressed/stuck/struggling with your private practice goals to running a successful and sustainable business within one year.

· I want to provide business and clinical support to motivated people planning or currently in private practice.

· I want to help you then take your business to the next level where you go beyond the financial plateau of one-on-one services, and feel financial freedom while also providing accessible care.

· I want to see you crushing it as a thoughtful, value based private practice owner, business owner, and work/life balance pro.

Criteria to be a part of this project:

· You are a therapist, counselor, mental health practitioner and want to be in community with badass, motivated entrepreneurs.

· You are inspired by the current revolution in mental health practices and wish to provide better work environments, better services, and better care.

· You are looking to increase your income without compromising your values or limiting your reach.

· You are kind, open, inclusive, and thoughtful

· You want to upgrade your social circle and start hanging out with fellow visionaries with big dreams and high-quality mindsets.

· You want to stop the guessing game of how to grow as a business and make data informed, proactive decisions.
