Despite the chaos of 2021, there were some very clear e-commerce trends that emerged from our clients. When competing with re-opened physical stores, Israeli e-commerce had to step up its online shopping experience for customers.

The major areas of improvement were the user experience, checkout, payment methods, and customer service. This included everything from reducing the number of clicks required to add a product to the cart, to creating custom bundles, to better-organized shipping methods, to more virtual payment options, and beyond.

But these trends aren’t relegated to 2021 - we’re certain that we’ll continue to see them grow throughout 2022. We’ll be ready - how about you?
