Today has been a day of rearview mirrors. The problem with looking in the rearview mirror too long is that we tend to miss important events happening now and those that are about to happen. I’m not throwing mine out yet, but I’ll keep tryin’ to keep it in perspective, smaller, and farther away. But sometimes the memories in our rearview mirrors appear smaller than they really are.
