Experts (not I) swear that you can achieve, do , and accomplish many (some say all) goals , dreams and wishes by simply scribbling them down.

Some of you might write it off (lol) as woo woo, but I would like to suggest you don't. There is nothing like clarity of mind for inner peace. It sounds corny and yogaish, but the technique works! That is why we need to be clear on what we want for the upcoming year if we want to have a good one!
