Today I will be talking about a myriad of topics. This episode will be a solo cast; I’m going to be kind of rant rave and talk about a whole bunch of different things. I will be going over the statistics of the current trends in the various markets. If you can watch this episode on YouTube, it will give you a better understanding since the statistics are visual.

For instance, looking at the medium home sales, there is a price increase to 13% in October 2021, from October 2020 to a median price of $357,007. That’s up by 30% in 2019. That’s a pretty big jump there, right?

The real estate market is fragmented. We are seeing odd things in different markets. In this episode, I will dig deeper into the various markets. I will look at various states and highlight the unique trends are happening in every one of them. My goal is to give you insights into the different trends we are experiencing to help you make informed investment decisions.
