It's my birthday (officially 23!), so now it’s time to reflect on year 22. This episode is all about encountering, understanding, and dealing with false or unmet expectations (positive & negative) which was definitely a huge theme for me in the first half of the year. I’m so ready & excited to start a whole new year and this chapter ahead!! I loved talking about this and learning in real time with u all.
