<p>Being in presence is something I invited into my life a couple of years ago when I was faced with anxiety. Ever since I started this journey of mindfulness my life has began to feel grounded, peaceful and overall joyful in ways I couldn't have previously imagined! I wanted to share my journey with hopes that we can all grow together. Of course, life is a journey faced with many ups and downs but consciousness continues to allow me to feel alive even in the lowest of moments. Here we will grow with achieving our true life's purpose. With that said, I hope this podcast will be a safe and happy space that both inspires you and makes you smile!</p>
