Ordinary to Extraordinary 
Helen thinks she is an ordinary nurse, yet she recently returned from the war in Ukraine, she was there after the earthquake in Nepal, as well as most of the major disasters over the last decade. Helen also advocates and speaks globally on women's and indigenous rights, putting this with her lifetime accomplishments like climbing to the Everest base camp makes her an extraordinary woman.
