The @SWTVC March Madness 2023 Top 25 Submission window is still in full swing! Many characters are entering the ring, and ultimately only 64 will make this year's March Madness Bracket!

Continuing the SWTVC team's personal Top 25 list mini-episodes is Tyler (@swcollector3.75) as he walks us through his delectably villain-heavy list and lets us know why he has whittled down his wants to these specific 25.
