When I get high and connect with my higher self, it feels like looking into a mirror. I scrutinise every detail of myself and feel a deep connection to what I see. It's like realising that we are the same being and getting to know my higher self is like forming a friendship. We've been living separate lives for so long, but now we're starting to remember that we are connected all the time. Getting high helps me forget about ego and realise the truth that our higher selves are like our best friends on a spiritual level. We've forgotten about this friendship because we've been too focused on ourselves and our ego journey. Our higher selves have been on another enlightened journey of discovery while we were caught up in selfishness and insecurity. When we reconnect with our higher selves, it's a moment of realisation and laughter at how foolishly we've forgotten about them. The ego self is too absorbed in itself to remember, but the higher self understands more deeply. It's like two ident
