Lord Jesus, we acknowledge that in our ourselves, in our natural life, we're not able nor willing to live a life of sacrifice, for our life is a selfish life. Oh Lord, only Your life is a life of sacrifice. We turn to You. We contact You in the midst of all our situations. We do not want to improve ourselves or try harder to sacrifice ourselves for others' sake or for the Lord. We simply want to enjoy Christ as the sacrificing Lamb living in us. Energize us, Lord, to sacrifice ourselves for others to bring them cheer and to make them happy. Live in us today. We just want to remain in the organic union with You in our mingled spirit.
