Lisa Curry, Australian swimming champion, 3 time Olympian, winner of seven gold, two silver and one bronze Commonwealth Games medals, also know as Lisa Curry-Kenny when married to Grant Kenny - who is a former Australian Ironman, surf lifesaver and canoeist - and co-founder of Happy Healthy You, is our guest for episodes 14, 15 & 16.

In this episode Lisa talks about the emotional stress that took it's toll on her when she was coming to the decision to leave Grant. After leaving him she felt free and told us one of the first things she did when she moved out.
