i want to give myself some grace when it comes to achieving my goals this year. i don’t want my goals to burn me out but rather drive me to be better

🧘‍♀️ When I was first going through some mental turmoil myself, I got disheartened &amp; thought that I could never get out of this rough patch. I did not share my burdens with anyone &amp; kept to myself, which worsened the situation. Through steady &amp; slow steps I have somewhat overcome that. So I advocate the importance of mental wellbeing and share titbits on it!
