Since Tom Allen's magic 2019 & 2020 season, the Indiana Hoosiers football program was trending down, that was until Curt Cignetti came in this offseason from James Madison and flipped the IU roster. Cignetti has churned up a lot of excitment in Bloomington and has Indiana as a potential surprise team in the Big Ten.
