Steam brings some perspective and “the why” behind the 2024 F3 Knoxville Leadership Survey.
Earlier this week, our Regional Direction Team (RDT) consisting of F3 Knoxville’s Nantan (Mermaid), Weasel Shaker (Pele), Comz Q (Steam), 1st F Q (Butterknife), 2nd F Q (Eliza), and 3rd F Q (Borg) sent out the 2024 Leadership Survey. There are three primary reasons for sending this out:
* To identify and better understand the leadership development needs and desires of PAX in F3 Knoxville.
* Once we identify the leadership development needs and desires of PAX in F3 Knoxville, we, in partnership with the SLT (Shared Leadership Team) can more purposefully articulate and create LDP opportunities for our region.
* Once #1 and #2 happen, we can more effectively empower PAX in the region to step into leadership roles, strengthening the leadership culture and process. Great leaders are always strategically working themselves out of a job, paving the next 43 feet of road in front of them for the next man.
