The President's 2024 Goals are:

Successful re-affirmation of accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission (HLC)

Strong focus on Enrollment Management, including an institution-wide, president-directed emphasis on:

• Cross-functionality
• Urgency
• Removing barriers to recruitment and retention

Elevate transfer mission and strategy in three key areas:

• Successful transition from University Center to Transfer Center model
• Strengthen Envision Green and other institution-specific pathways
• Vigorous and visible promotion of HBCU partnership/transfer
