hi besties! i know it's been so long since i have uploaded an episode and i really wanted to start 2025 with a solo catch up just me and you.

SOOO this weeks/ 2024's final episode is a chat about dating and healing from triggers in partnerships and i wanted to have my friend sharone on because we all need some big sister advice :) it feels a little chaotic to post this randomly and at the end of the year, but to be transparent 2024 was my year of heartbreak so talks like these with my friends are what got me through 2024 with both feet still holding me up so this episode is just a snippet of what a lot of my conversations were like this year. i hope you guys enjoy and ill most definitely see you in 2025 with a brand new episode <3
