Forecasters at the NOAA NWS Climate Prediction Center predict an *above-normal* Atlantic hurricane season for 2025

NOAA predicts a likely range of 13-19 named storms, of which 6-10 could become hurricanes, including 3-5 major hurricanes. Forecasters provide these ranges with 70% confidence.
