The second China-Central Asia Summit held in Kazakhstan opened a new chapter in building closer collaboration and cooperation in the region. What were the highlights of the summit? How important is the China-Central Asia mechanism for maintaining regional peace and boosting economic growth?
The first half of this edition of Dialogue features an interview with Professor Ulugbek Khasanov from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy at Uzbekistan, who is also a former advisor to the president of Uzbekistan. In the second half, we are joined by Bayan Konirbayev, vice-chairman of the Board of Trustees at Alem.AI Fund, Kazakhstan National AI program; Andy Mok, senior research fellow at the Center for China and Globalization; and Wang Jin, director for the Center of International Strategic Studies, Northwest University of China.
