Inspired by Spotify wrapped, this is my 2025 wrapped. Instead of stats or numbers, I’m sharing the 12 biggest lessons I learned this year, one from each month.

2025 was a full year. I launched my company, grew and evolved this podcast, brought it into video, built a team, graduated university top of my class, ran a half marathon, travelled across different countries, and got into my first relationship. A lot changed, quickly. But more than the milestones, this year taught me things I couldn’t have learned any other way. About starting before you feel ready. About choosing yourself. About rejection, self talk, receiving, failure, and taking space when you need it.

I wanted to share these lessons not as advice, but as reflections I wish I’d heard earlier and that I think might be useful wherever you are right now. Whether you’re building something, navigating change, or figuring yourself out as you go, I hope this episode gives you clarity, perspective, or simply the reminder that you’re not behind.
