2029: The War for Our World

THE OFFICIAL TRAILER FOR 2029!

FIRST EPISODE DROPS OCTOBER 30!

2029: The War for Our World is an ambitious, immersive science-fiction epic told through fictional news broadcasts from exactly three years in the future.

The world of 2029 looks remarkably like our own. Artificial intelligence is transforming everything—our economies, our politics, our relationships, and our understanding of what it means to be human. But something is going terribly wrong.

Experience the unfolding story of humanity's struggle to understand, control, and ultimately survive the intelligence it has created.

Inspired by Orson Welles' legendary 1938 War of the Worlds broadcast, 2029 premieres October 30, 2026—exactly 88 years to the day after Welles' historic broadcast.

New episodes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Follow the breaking news, extraordinary discoveries, political controversies, and escalating crises of a world approaching the unimaginable. Every other Friday, Opinions brings you the arguments, disagreements, and competing perspectives of people living through these events.

The story unfolds over several months, but it's designed to be experienced long after the final broadcast. Every episode contributes to a larger, meticulously constructed narrative exploring artificial intelligence, human nature, power, freedom, and the future of civilization.

Deeply researched. Intellectually ambitious. Frighteningly plausible.

This is more than a story about how civilization might end. It's a story about what makes humanity worth saving.
