Tracy Matthews has been designing jewelry most of her life. She started her first jewelry business in 1998 and her designs were sold in over 350 prestigious stores internationally including ABC home, Anthropologie and Bloomingdales. Tracy’s work has been featured in publications such as InStyle,
Lucky, Real Simple and Us Weekly and celebrity fans include Jessica Alba, Charlize Theron and Orlando Bloom.

In 2010, she launched her second jewelry business designing eco-luxury jewelry fine jewelry. Her pecialties include bespoke engagement rings, wedding bands and heirloom redesign. With a knack for intuitive design, she draws upon personal connection as the foundation of her work.

Her struggles as a young designer “trying to grow a business” led her to found Flourish & Thrive Academy, and online school dedicated to teaching jewelry designers collection development, sales, marketing and business skills. She believes that community and mentorship are the basis for success in any business model because she never wants anyone to feel like they are “going it alone” in business.

GOAL: 

Tracy wants to do things that make her happy and set up her business so that she can travel.
