Like every year, this year has been filled with amazing and exciting opportunities and challenges – just like your life!
In this episode, I thought it might be helpful to you if I reflect in a raw way about what I’ve learned in 2021 and what I’m excited to transform as well.
The main focus that I have for myself in 2022 come into 3 themes -
1. Simplify and direct my focus with work (because I've been a workaholic)
2. Invest and grow my mental and physical skills (I crave new skills and less pain)
3. Intentionally BE with my husband and kids (Perimenopause or preteens are just making my fuse a little shorter)
