#204 Lilly King on being outspoken, dealing with losing, skipping SC Worlds
Lilly King is the fastest woman in history over 50 (29.40) and 100 LCM Breaststroke (1:04.13). At the 2016 Olympics, her first international swim meet, she became Olympic Champion in the 100 Breaststroke and helped Team USA win the Women's 4x100 Medley Relay. She won the 50 and 100 Breast at 2017 World Champs. And yet again at 2019 World Champs. At the 2020 Olympics, Lilly earned 2x silver medals (200 Breast, 4x100 MR) and a Bronze (100 Breast).
Swimming for Ray Looze at Indiana University, she won the 100 and 200 Breaststroke 4 years in a row at NCAA Championships. She still trains for Ray at IU but she performs for the Cali Condors of the ISL. She is skipping SC World Champs for the ISL this year.
