Define Your Why - For your weight loss resolution to stick, you must know WHY you want to lose weight.  Why does it matter?  What’s the benefit of losing weight? Why do you really want it now?  Weight loss isn’t just about the number on the scale but about who you get to be as you accomplish a lighter and healthier you. 2. Feel Your Why – Developing a daily practice for feeling into your why activates the passion and excitement inside of your mind and body to give fuel to your actions.  3. Describe what you want so you can see it.   Resolutions to eat better, get fit or lose weight, lack clarity. The key is to get detailed so your mind can see what you want to create.  4. Create Your Environment to Support Your Goals.  Your environment is a key ingredient in taking your mental and emotional dreams and goals for losing weight and putting them into action. 5. Accountability – Having a  cheering squad amongst a community is important. Having a group of women who are enthusiastic about helping you achieve your body goals is priceless. 6. Celebrate by SEEING and NOTICING Your Accomplishments.  When you celebrate yourself now and your results on a regular basis, it helps you recognize your accomplishments and makes the process of losing weight so much more fun. 7. Plan for Breakdowns – There are reasons why you struggle with weight. Whatever reasons you struggle with, it’s important to create a plan for moving through and overcoming these challenges. This addresses what is really at the source of your weight gain.
