At the beginning of March of 2020, Alex was struck with some wanderlust and decided to embark on a cross-country road trip, but quickly discovered that the trip wasn’t going to be what they had in mind.  As the pandemic unfolded, Alex was troubled with the lack of consideration around COVID protections in their community, a concern that continues for them today.
