Austin-based film producer Suzanne Weinert has financed countless film projects. Join us as we chat about her career and pick her brain on ways to finance your feature film within the Texas landscape.

Suzanne is a producer/writer/director and is the president of Flatiron Pictures specializing in the production of independent feature films throughout the Southwest. She’s been a faculty member at both Fordham University and The School of Visual Arts in NYC and has served on the Advisory Board of the SXSW Film Festival and was a Board Member of the Austin Film Society. Some of her credits include ExTerminators, Hellion, Austin Found, the Doo Dah Man, and Ripped.
