Today’s episode is part two of a CliftonStrengths mini-series (but don’t worry, you don’t need to listen to part one to jump into this one).

I’m diving into my Top 5 strengths and how they actually show up in my life and business. This tool has been such a game-changer for me—not just in understanding myself better, but also helping teams I work with tap into their own brilliance.

Here are my five:

1. Ideation – My brain is a popcorn machine. Ideas, everywhere. All the time.
2. Maximizer – Good is… fine. But can we make it great?
3. Futuristic – I live in the future (sometimes too much… working on that).
4. Activator – Let’s stop talking. Let’s go.
5. Positivity – Energy is contagious. So I try to bring it, always.

In this episode, I unpack what each one means, what stood out for me, and some funny-but-accurate blind spots (like when I assume everyone sees the connections I see—spoiler: they don’t!).

I also share:
